Water is H20

Water Is not only a daily requirement, something that the body needs regularly, but it too leads to potential muscle growth and cellular repair, and even fat loss. It is recommended to drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day, however for a Fitness Freak, anything up to 5 litres of water a day will suffice! Always drink water, it will help you reach your goal.
