Goals

The most important aspect of any fitness freak is the ability to wake up in the morning and know what he or she wants to achieve

If you cannot wake up and say "I know what I want to do today, or "I know what needs to be done today" then you will not be able to make that happen. Always make a goal, whether you stick to it in the long run or not, atleast you started with a goal!
